- Any shortages, damages, or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Claims must include photographic evidence and, if applicable, the signed delivery note.
- Claims noted only on waybills or delivery notes without proper detail cannot be accepted.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Goods returned for credit that are not defective will incur a 20% handling fee.
- Returns must be in original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition.
- No returns or credit will be accepted for clearance, end-of-range, or promotional stock � these items are final sale.
- All goods remain the property of Notus Distributors (Pty) Ltd until payment has been received in full.
- Returns will only be processed after cleared funds are confirmed.
- Any outstanding balances or disputed payments may result in refusal of return or credit.
- Notus Distributors cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit unless evidence shows goods left our facility in faulty condition.
- Ensure that a responsible party is present to inspect and sign for deliveries.
- Returns are subject to our General Terms & Conditions, including indemnity clauses and CPA positioning.
